Arqelix Capital, S.R.L., RNC 1-32-56789-1, with registered office at Av. Winston Churchill 1099, Citiplaza Tower, 8th Floor, Piantini, Santo Domingo, D.N., Dominican Republic, is the controller of your personal data.

2. Data we collect

We collect data that you provide voluntarily when subscribing to the newsletter (name and email), technical navigation data (IP address, device type, operating system, browser) and data derived from cookies in accordance with the Cookie Policy.

3. Purposes of processing

We use your data to send you the monthly Arqelix newsletter, inform you about new real estate crowdlending projects, comply with applicable legal obligations in the Dominican Republic and improve the site experience through aggregated analytics.

4. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing is the explicit consent you give when subscribing, Arqelix's legitimate interest in keeping the site operational and secure, and compliance with the obligations set forth by Law 172-13 on the Protection of Personal Data of the Dominican Republic.

5. Retention

We retain newsletter data until you request to unsubscribe. Technical data is retained for a maximum period of 24 months. You may request early deletion at any time.

6. Recipients

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties. We may share strictly necessary information with technology providers acting as data processors under a contract with equivalent confidentiality obligations.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, update, port and delete your data, as well as to object to or limit its processing. You may exercise these rights by writing to privacy@arqelix.com.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encryption in transit, access controls, operational logs and periodic audits.

9. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. We will publish the new version on this same page indicating the last update date.
